Joy Awards is the Middle East’s Greatest Award Show

Arab World News celebrates the Joy Awards 2024, the Middle East’s largest honours ceremony.

The ceremony allows the Arab public to vote in five different categories to select their favourite stars and works.

Recently, Turki Al-Sheikh asked the Arab public to vote for their favourite artists and performers in the different award categories for 2023, on the day of the ceremony.

This esteemed ceremony, which took place in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, features five categories: influencers, sports, music, films, and television shows. The General Entertainment Authority awards prizes based on audience preferences.

When did the 2024 Joy Awards begin?

The ceremony took place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh in January 2024. The ceremony was scheduled for January 21 at 9:30 p.m., which is the same time as it was held the previous year.

The MBC channels carried a live broadcast of the performance.

How to vote for the Joy Awards 2024?

The Joy Awards 2024 voting process opened in November 2023 following Turki Al-Sheikh’s announcement of the process’s commencement and the completion of the nominees’ names. Anyone is eligible to vote in the competition.

Voting was open for two weeks in five categories: influencers, sports, music, films, and television shows. You can cast your vote by following a few easy steps on the Joy Awards application.

Nominations for Awards

Several films, including Al-Hamour, Al-Khalat, Star, and Bayt Al-Ruby, are among those that are vying for the final list.

The list of nominees also featured actors and actresses vying for awards in the film and series categories. Along with male and female singers, influencers, and athletes.

Turki Al Sheikh invited the public to cast their votes for the top performers and celebrities in a variety of entertainment categories in November 2023, kickstarting the Joy Awards 2024 voting process.
