Remarkably, sponsored by Housing and Municipalities Minister Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Cityscape Global is the world’s largest real estate conference.

Cityscape 2024: A Comprehensive Real Estate Showcase

Cityscape works with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 projects, including the Housing Program and the General Authority for Real Estate. This worldwide event is organised by Tahaluf Company, which takes into account the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and goals.

The National Housing Company, NEOM, Roshen, New Square, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Masar Destination, and Diriyah are founding partners of Tahaluf Company, a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, Drones, the international firm Informa, and the Investment Events Fund.

In addition to more than 170 investors, more than 400 entities and more than 500 speakers are taking part in Cityscape Global across 12 platforms. This event will see the start of high-calibre projects, the signing of significant contracts, and the formation of promising alliances that will pave the way for the Kingdom’s real estate industry’s bright future.

Notably, Cityscape Global embodies the future of smart cities by tackling the issues that confront typical cities and working to build sustainable communities that use cutting-edge building techniques to reach the highest standards of environmental and residential well-being. In addition to providing insight into the real estate legal system, Cityscape 2024 will feature, over four days, the most significant real estate concepts and experiences in the domains of architecture, design, and city planning, as well as the best worldwide practices in upcoming development and construction technologies.

Moreover, there will be platforms to showcase innovative projects and smart housing units, a corporate linking hall to foster collaboration and partnerships among investors, and the chance to meet engineering and real estate industry pioneers as well as investors of the most well-known real estate brands.

Real Estate Horizons

With the participation of the most well-known industry leaders and CEOs, the exhibition’s second edition will highlight the Future of Life Summit, Real Estate Horizons, the Founding Investors Forum, (DNA Design and Architecture), and the Real Estate Technology Innovation Arena. Over 500 experts will present more than 180 hours of specialised content across these platforms.

The current edition of the expo will also explore the “Real Estate Investors Forum,” which brings together 150 investors from 22 different countries. The forum’s goal is to improve collaboration in investment projects and serve as a significant hub for investment and prospects. The second edition of Cityscape Global 2024, will take place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre from November 11 to November 14.

The undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing for Stimulating Housing Supply and Real Estate Development, Abdulrahman Al-Tawil, confirmed on the fringes of the Cityscape Global 2024 introductory conference that everyone can observe the numerous efforts the Kingdom has recently made to stimulate supply in the real estate sector, whether through the establishment of new businesses or the modernisation of the private sector in general.

He went on to say that the National Housing Company is working with real estate developers on over 90% of its projects, demonstrating the power of the public-private relationship.

Likewise, the “Sakani” Program is participating in the exhibition “Cityscape Global 2024.” Visitors and beneficiaries will have the opportunity to take advantage of free offers on land in a residential project at the Sakani Program’s “Sakani” pavilion. They will also have exceptional experiences like instant residential unit reservations, specialised financing consultations, and a thorough overview of all the residential projects that are available in different parts of the Kingdom. Additionally, the Sakani Program will also provide interactive digital experiences that make the ownership process easier for beneficiaries.

Collaborative Projects and Financing Options

Regarding the Entrustment and Liquidation Centre (infath), its pavilion displays the range of services it offers. Furthermore, the centre provides its services to the private sector through service providers who are technically specialised in estate liquidation and contributions, real estate marketing, or valuation, answering their enquiries about how to benefit from the opportunities and services the centre provides in these areas.

Besides, the Entrustment and Liquidation Centre (infath) helps expedite the realisation of rights, facilitate asset liquidation, and accomplish justice effectively and transparently. In addition to other free residential units, the exhibition gives guests four complimentary residential lands from “Osus Real Estate.” Also, “Sakani” is giving away items worth over 10 million riyals, such as a car, unique deals, and special discounts.

Plus, there are two residential flats from Al-Awali Real Estate in the Akam-Makah Hills project in collaboration with the National Housing Company, over 100,000 housing units with various ownership options, financing options with the lowest profit margin of 2.59%, and 1.5 million riyals in prizes for the Roshen Hackathon Challenge winners.
