Internationally renowned luxury chain Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has recently unveiled its plans for a new five-star luxury hotel and residential complex to be opened in Central London.
Situated in Hanover Square, between Bond Street and Regent’s street, ‘Hanover Bond’ – this is the name with which it will be marketed – will include a boutique hotel with fifty rooms and suites and eighty residences. The area is also famous for its high-end shopping boutiques, with the most exclusive fashion brands.
Hanover Bond will also have fine-dining restaurant, a lounge, a bar and a private roof terrace overlooking London’s exclusive area of Mayfair. The residences will also have access to some of the hotel services, including the pool, the fitness area, the spa, in-residence dining, house-keeping, valet parking and a 24-hour concierge.
The property will be developed by Clivedale London, while architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners will be in charge of the design.
The luxury hotel and residence complex will also be close to the Bond Street Cross Rail station, which will open later this year and will allow fast connections across London and an easy access to Heathrow airport. The property is due to open in 2021.
