Festival des Étoiles Monte-Carlo launches on 29 May from Société des Bains de Mer in Monte Carlo.
In its constant endeavour to highlight unique culinary experiences, Monaco’s Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM), the European resort with the highest number of Michelin stars and a 150-year history of art de vivre and culinary adventures with 30 restaurants and cafes, is offering exceptional experiences by bringing together Michelin Star-Awarded chefs.

The Festival launches on May 29 at Le Blue Bay at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, with Chefs Michel Sarran and Marcel Ravin.
The remaining award-winning restaurants will host Exceptional Star Duos, leading to the final Festival in November, gathering all of their Michelin Chefs at the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The Festival is a genuine celebration of gourmet experiences at the hands of world-renowned chefs.
A monthly dinner from May to November
Every month, from May to November (except July & August) a duo dinner will be offered in one of the Michelin-starred restaurants of the SBM Group, Le Blue Bay at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Le Grill at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris, or Elsa at the Monte-Carlo Beach.
Special Guests
The Michelin-awarded group’s Chefs have each chosen a distinguished guest to collaborate with and deliver an exceptional dinner with unique dishes from both sets of hands. Michel Sarran, Riccardo Camanini, Mauro Colagreco, Michel Guérard responded to the invitations of Monte Carlo chefs Marcel Ravin, Franck Cerutti and Dominique Lory.

This Festival will conclude in November with an extravagant evening in the prestigious Salle Médecin of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Chefs will organize a dinner of their Signature dishes to take their guests on an extraordinary culinary journey.

November 5 – Dinner at the Blue Bay, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort Marcel Ravin welcomes Chef Mauro Colagreco, of Le Mirazur, Menton.
Closing dinner at the Casino de Monte-Carlo with all the participating starred chefs from Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer .
Princess Grace Suite
The Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo recently completed its restoration process, which included the renovation of guest rooms and some areas of the hotel. It also added a luxurious interior courtyard that displays jewellery from the finest international brands and launched the ÔMER restaurant, the latest from international chef Alain Ducasse.
The five-year restoration process also featured opening the Princess Grace Suite in 2017, inspired by the magic of the legendary princess and Prince Rene III’s suite, which is the largest in terms of interior space. The suite sits on the hotel’s roof, featuring a stunning design and an additional external area of 135 square meters with a breath-taking view of the famous ‘Place du Casino’.
