The UAE and the UK to sign a convention in the field of civil aviation security

Saif Muhammad Al-Suwaidi, Director General at UAE Civil Aviation Authority, and Grant Shapps, British Minister of Transport, signed a cooperation agreement between the UAE and the UK on training in civil aviation security.

The agreement aims to enhance cooperation regarding training in civil aviation security at Abu Dhabi and Dubai airports and to exchange experiences in the field. The agreement’s signing was attended by Hamad Al Muhairi, Assistant Director-General for Aviation Security Affairs at the authority, and Mira Fader, Special Adviser to the British Minister.
