The Saudi Al-Aqeel family’s wealth
The Al-Aqeel family ranked ninth in Saudi Arabia, with wealth exceeding the threshold of one and a half billion dollars according to an economic assessment of the size of wealth, which included 12 Arab families included in the classification.
This classification, which placed the Al-Aqeel family among the wealthiest families in the Arab Gulf countries, was based on certain economic controls, as well as on the market value of the stocks specified in the period between February 7, 2023 and March 17, 2023.
But most of the families that received this classification obtained their wealth from father to son, and none of these families has changed during the current period, except for the Al-Aqeel family, which had four brothers who established their business management in 1979 and developed their skills over time until they appeared in their current form.
