The 22nd International Asset, Facilities and Maintenance Management OMAINTEC, 2025, Conference will take place from January 26 to 28, under the auspices of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the Governor.

The 22nd International Asset, Facilities and Maintenance Management Conference OMAINTEC, 2025, will kick off at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Jeddah with the theme, “Sustainable Operational Excellence for Digitalisation of Assets, Facility, and Maintenance.” Alongside the conference will be the “AFM.Expo” exhibition, which will offer a venue for showcasing the newest advancements and technology in the asset management, facilities, and maintenance field—one of the most important areas of infrastructure. The Saudi government, including various ministries, is partnering with regional, local, and global organisations to host a conference, including the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Ministry of Defence's Health Services, and the Saudi Electricity Company. The exhibition has a broad agenda with several events and activities addressing many significant subjects, such as:

• Useful workshops that examine real-world applications of asset management, facilities management, and maintenance techniques are conducted by professionals in the field.
• Gain knowledge of the most recent developments in sustainable facilities' management techniques and asset optimisation.
• Discussions about energy saving, predictive maintenance methods, and asset lifecycle management.
