Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Human Capability Development Programme Committee, the second Human Capability Initiative (HCI) conference will occur on April 13-14, 2025, with the topic “Beyond Readiness.”

The two exciting days of future-focused Human Capability Initiative (HCI) preparation have begun. To maximise human potential in our quickly evolving modern world, 300 speakers from the business, academic, policy, and investment sectors will exchange experiences and come up with fresh concepts. Additionally, global leaders and professionals will be among these speakers. In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, which will host the Education Global Exhibition (EDGEx) from April 13-16, 2025, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, creating the Human Capabilities & Learning Week, a special opportunity to unleash the full potential of human capability. The Human Capability Development Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 realisation programs, is organising the conference. Moreover, the Human Capacity Initiative (HCI) is the first global collaborative platform designed to coordinate international efforts and advance the global conversation on the opportunities and challenges of human capacity development.
