Our Technique – How it Evolved

This technique was originally devised when I was still a student in Ballet school. Ballet is an extremely intense artform and requires the strictest of discipline. Being fit & healthy is fundamental to learning ballet. Any weight gain can jeopardise your entire ambition and career hopes and so the guidelines are extremely strict and require 100% adherence, if you wish to progress.

Early lessons in this new artform stayed with me for a long time and had a profound effect on the way I’d live my life.

The benefits, however, are phenomenal. I’d observed many people who had tried and failed almost every other weight loss diet or “flavour of the month” new fad & see how their turnaround was nothing short of incredible.

People who had tried losing weight for years and year and almost given up hope, achieve a quick turnaround & their quality of life would soar from that very moment.

This technique & method allows you to enjoy food and not feel like you have to give up anything. It’s about discipline, not denial.

Payment should be made in advance, for the entire the course (for two and half months)

The cost of individual sessions is £10 & a block booking for 30 is required - £300 to be paid for the course, in advance. Our courses are intense & require a full commitment. Some sessions only require £200 as a block booking. All have a Free Consultation

Any absence & you will lose that session payment.

Our program guidelines are to be followed over any other programs/diets you may have embarked upon. This guarantees success. Where other plans or programs are invoked, you will diminish your chances of success & reduce the impact of your hard work.
