The Exhibitions and Conferences Organisation Company “Anaqah Battal” is set to host the inaugural “Oud Wood” expo for fashion, incense, and fragrances in the Al-Ahsa area from November 28 to December 3, 2024.

The Oud Wood Perfume Exhibition 2024 features more than 75 perfume brands from the Kingdom, other nations, and the Gulf. Anaqah Battal Company Chairman Battal bin Hamoud Al Battal Al-Subaie announced the Oud Wood Exhibition, the first of its type in the Al-Ahsa region. He emphasised the free five-day event on a large 10,000-meter area and indicated an interest in interacting with big enterprises. It comprises the biggest merchants and investors in the fashion, oud, and perfume industries as well as a select group of people from around the globe, including perfume firms from France, Oman, Kuwait, the Emirates, Bahrain. It also includes the remaining Saudi Arabian enterprises. The event, expected to draw over a thousand attendees daily, will showcase new scents and fashion trends in Saudi and Gulf fashion, including abayas. Other attractions include folk bands, fashion merchants, unique Al-Ahsa food and art spots, food and kid-friendly spaces, and ancillary artistic and cultural spaces that align with the Kingdom's 2030 vision and showcase Al-Ahsa's legacy. As a continuation of a series of exhibits throughout the Gulf capitals, it will begin in February of 2025 in Doha, the capital of Qatar, and serve as a tourism and commercial platform for the first time in Al-Ahsa. The Oud Wood Perfumes Exhibition brings together top industry producers and firms to showcase Arab and worldwide fragrance brands, offering entertainment and unique pavilions. It aims to strengthen Saudi identity and culture by elucidating incense forms essential to Saudi culture.
